The team has created institutional portfolios of London and regional offices, shopping centres, warehouses and elderly care, the latter being Retirement Villages Group, which was sold to AXA IM - Real Assets in 2017. Previous portfolio transactions include those with Threadneedle, NU / AVIVA, MNOPF and IBM Pension Fund.

Bradda Capital currently advises two discretionary evergreen real estate funds with a sector agnostic absolute returns approach. Bradda Capital’s Directors are material investors in both funds.

Fund One
Established in 1989, growing to over £200 million NAV from cumulative invested capital of £26m.

Fund Two
Established in 2019 with seed capital of c.£30m and a target size of £150 million.
